Thanks Daniel, right now we are just looking for a simple system that has a good track record. Lots out there on a web search but it would be nice to have someone with some personal experience make a recommendation.

Depending on what selection they pick we would like it forwarded to the correct persons office phone or cell. In the case of the tech support I could see it rolling a few numbers before going back to voicemail and taking a message. After hours we would want billing to go to a voicemail that emails out to the correct person(s) tech support would be similar.
