Likely, but I'm looking for many counties' worth. Could be sourced directly, 
but if there's an aggregate data set (even if at a cost), it's probably a lower 
cost in time than reaching out to each municipality and going through whatever 
hoops they have.

Zoning maps in shape file format are free downloads from most municipalities.
