Specifically Chromecasts. I didn't realize they had a power cord. Customer
claims my installer bent the HDMI plug on his Chromecast when he moved the
entertainment center.

It looks like a Chromecast is only $35, so I wasn't going to argue, I just
put a $35 credit on his account. I was scared he was saying the HDMI
connector on his TV was damaged and he was going to want us to pay for a new
TV.

But what a stupid design. I have a Roku, not a stick, but the little box
thingy. Nice long dangly cords, I can't imagine damaging anything if you
moved the TV. But with the Chromecast, I guess it's probably hidden behind
the TV and entertainment center, tethering the TV to the wall outlet, with
so little cord that just pulling the entertainment center out to get behind
it you can damage a connector. I would have expected it to just unplug, but
it must have pulled at right angles to the plug.

Has anyone had a customer want a whole new TV?
