Works great as long as you have cell phone coverage. Uses your data but not a big bandwidth hog unless you stay connected to some groups that are always talking. You can make custom groups for your company and have everyone talking on the same group and/or you can just connect to an individual. Audio quality is great, easily installed on personal phones so no real need to buy dedicated hardware for everyone. I have a dedicated mobile radio form factor unit that connects to my mobile hotspot. Traditional microphone for radio etc. but I also have it on my phone too. Desktop software works great so your office can act as a dispatch point too. It really replaces the old Nextel PTT system. I have been having limited success with MURS color dot and GMRS frequency radios due to range. I have not yet contacted a regional 2 way operator to get his radios.
