Well, that depends on what you consider just fine... unless you're somewhere were it never rains, any 80ghz link at that distance is going to be dropping.
But yes, any 80ghz radio with decent tx power should work at that distance... you'll get maybe 99.9% availability, but it will work. If you only need 300Mbps, I imagine it would be cheaper to just license an AF11 link, or find some used older 11ghz radios anyway.
