But sometimes you don't want to have to search for content, just take
whatever is on.
Or you want the local news. Or you want SNL in real time.
Or grandkids are over and you put on PBS. Etc. I don't watch much OTA but
I like the number of channels I can watch for free. Just like my free
parking sticker that allows me to park anywhere in Salt Lake City for free.
I don't use it much but it makes me smile to think about it.

I have a permanent antenna set up for OTA, but the only time we actually
watch live TV is sports (since broadcast quality is better). I only
follow hockey though so even that use case is minimal. Otherwise it's
really just too inconvenient having to follow a schedule, and the
novelty quickly dies off at the first commercial break.
