[AFMUG] OT: Price Gouging

I'm guessing the telco's are exempt from price gouging.  We just saw an 
emergency underground locate come through so that AT&T could do a 2000' 
bore into a building to provide 'covid19 command center' There are 
already 2 other fiber providers in the building, and we could reach it 
via Microwave.  I'm thinking the sales guy made his yearly commission on 
that circuit, as I can't see AT&T doing an install at that speed out of 
the goodness of their heart....   I'm guessing similar things are being 
done all over the country.
