In Wuhan, the Chinese forcibly separated infected individuals from their families and sent them to isolation wards. We are not doing that, I don't know if any western country is doing that. So I wonder how much of the spread is within families living together. Chris Cuomo tried self-quarantine in his basement, but his wife got it.
