We also did not know enough about it. Two months ago it was generally described as a bad pneumonia. The common treatment for that is ventilators. The story that's come out the last couple of days is that it's not ventilators, but dialysis machines because many of the people dying are getting kidney failure. That, and they think it is infecting their hearts somehow. Blood clots everywhere.
