I went to retrieve an SM once and right where I had to set up my ladder there were overgrown bushes with many, many webs with big bright yellow spiders. Might have been like in your photo. Someone told me later it sounded like banana spiders. Scared the bejeebers out of me.
Yellow so bright they looked radioactive. Maybe if they had bit me I would have superpowers now.
