This is the antenna side of an 11 GHz single pol (820S).

These pictures show the feedhorn side of a single pol (top left) and a dual pol
(bottom left) of the 820C kit that ships with a Andrew antenna. This side is
common to all Andrew antennas (these are 18Ghz since it’s what I have handy).

This side is the portion that faces the radio stack. Top is a 18Ghz single
polarity, bottom is what you use for a 820C dual polarity. The drilled holes
in the 11G are superfluous, as is the inner O-Ring groove.

If you order the Andrew antennas you always get the top single polarity part
pictured above shipped with the antenna. If you are running a 820C you have
to order as a individual part number the bottom part with the round hole.

There are some steps in the waveguide (seen in the first top image) between the
slot waveguide and the circular waveguide. You can’t just center drill the
single polarity part to round and expect it to work (of course I tried :-) )

If you want an example of the single polarity version I can send one to you - I
have a box of probably 20 sitting around that we will never use.

This is an 11 GHz 820S, with the “twister” thingy. Sorry, still in static bag.

I don’t have the antenna side here, but I can take a photo later today.

18 GHz is much smaller.

I never had an 820S.....didn't know they were different.

Ceragon sure knows how to complicate matters.

That picture is the input of a OMT for the 820C units. The 820S has the
waveguide centered and is round - Chuck needs a picture of the other side…

Sort of a rectangular waveguide opening with a round gasket around it. Here's
a 2+0 adapter to give you the idea.

What kind of antenna interface does this radio have?
