We are looking to do it legally. I’ll see how straightforward the rules are. I 
was hoping that talking to someone who has done it would reveal more than the 
fcc docs.

My reaction was unless you are targeting people in their cars, it might make 
more sense to go straight to Internet radio.  Otherwise it sounds like deciding 
to open a Blockbuster franchise in 2020.
