Yeah, the mounts are junk. You can't really aim them precisely enough with those mounts. Ubiquiti does make a better mount yet, but I don't know if those are generally available yet.
It doesn't actually take that much force to make stainless u-bolts seize up... you really have to either grease them or replace the nuts (or the whole u-bolt) with galvanized ones, if you don't want that to happen.
