Technically it is premature. Lots of steps and challenges left to go through. Lots of certifications, then electoral college elections, then congress acting on the results. We are months away from Biden to be able to “technically” claim he won.
Game is not over until the fat lady sings. But all Biden has to do now is to take the hike then take a knee. But he hasn’t really won yet. Winning is getting inaugurated. It appears he is the president elect. That is about all he can claim at the moment.
