Your settings look ok. Try removing the register string, you don't have to
register against the SIP proxy.

My registration attempts are timing out. I have changed nothing in the
registration settings from before this incident, the only change I made was to
the extension that was compromised. You had mentioned over the phone switching
us to a different system on your end, did this happen and if so would this
require us to reconfigure our setup?
