We had a security breach in our asterisk. One of the extensions did not have a password. Our sip trunk provider noticed it and shut it off. We fixed the hole and asked them to turn it back on. But it never came back. They verified our IP and rebuilt the trunk from scratch and still no connection. The following screen shot if from my son who takes care of much of our IT stuff. Anyone see an obvious problem?
Attached are our trunk settings for one of the lines, the others are similar. Please let us know if there are any changes we should make.
