I don't even bother with after hours. I do work on Saturdays starting at 10am (with advance notice for major work). If it's going to affect a large or business customer with an SLA, I give them the option of telling me when it's a good time for them and I'll just make it that time instead. Since there's no such thing as after hours anymore I might as well do things when I feel like doing them.
