Will the pipe be clamped in at least 2 places? Maybe you could use a slightly oversized HDG U-bolt (Sitepro1 has a bunch of sizes) through 2 holes in the strut, and run the pipe through the U at an angle. Or if you’re clamping it to 2 pieces of strut, you could attach another piece of strut at an angle.
