The thing with theodolite is that it is a VR phone app. The tech can pull out a phone, select the AP and then just steer the view around until the red dot is under the arrow. You will be looking right at the tower.

So you can import all the Aps into the map. You have to actually select the dot on the map page. Then when you go to the VR theodolite page, the heading to that dot shows up on the compass wheel and it tells you if you need to look left or right. It doesn’t put the dot visibly in the field of view but it certainly helps you to put the cross hairs right on the correct heading.
