We had that in our towercoverage.com android app, however we have let that app go as the mobile version does 99% of it, and yes it was nice, but our feedback was give me the bearing and tilt and we can find it.

So you can import all the Aps into the map. You have to actually select the dot on the map page. Then when you go to the VR theodolite page, the heading to that dot shows up on the compass wheel and it tells you if you need to look left or right.
