Probably that and COVID delays. I was looking for ePMP 3000 AP's for 5 weeks before any stock showed up. They said there are delays in manufacturing, delays in shipping, delays in customs, delays in semi drivers to deliver everything, etc.
Assume 5-7 days delay on each step of the journey from China and we can see 4-8 weeks lead time on new gear. Hopefully they catch up soon. Calix has been this way for years actually. You need to know how many you want and when you want it or you wait 8 weeks if you order on demand. For this reason, we order X quantity every 3 months to guarantee stock.
