It's the dishes that seem to be the root cause. Take one to a machine shop
fabricator and see what it will cost to have some made, may be cheaper than
you expect. Might even be worth trying a 3d print, might get pricey. I
believe you can order cases of feed horns now.
I doubt making your own dishes passes FCC muster, but maybe.
Theres a guy named chuck here who knows a thing or two about machining
stuff.
Stamping and rolling a dish lip probably requires specific tooling, but you
never know what tooling a fabricator has unless you ask.

You could even get all crazy and get custom mounts made up if techs dont
like the clamps.
I dont know if the force200 dish is the same size and shape, but it's
possible you might find a fabricator who can retrofit those. I think every
cambium shop that went to 300 has a pile of 200s they're trying to figure
out what to do with.
