A fair question will be workplace policy and customer notification. 1. Will you require it (possibly your insurance carrier may decide that for you) 2. If you dont mandate it, will you inform your customers?
Litigious minds want to know. My sister is mentally retarded and lives in a home, tons of rules there. We have been having family discussions on whether to get her immunized, she gets hers next week should we sign the release. Personally I trust the vaccine not to do harm of any magnitude. But I also understand reservations people who arent psychopath antivaxxers have. In my sisters case, the consequenses of quarantine have almost killed her twice this year (cure being worse than disease) so that alone puts a yes check in the box. She also has been filled with chemicals her whole life trying to control seizures and as the medical field has made strides in the understanding of cerebral palsy, another batch of chemicals isnt going to cause all that much harm. BUT, with the mandatory consent form is a mandatory waiver of liability. For our family we will only hold ourselves liable for the outcome of either choice, but we are the exception to the rule. I'm curious the discussions amongst you business owners regarding your liability either direction On Mon, Dec 21, 2020, 11:26 AM Bill Prince <[email protected]> wrote: > I saw an article in one of the rags I read that divided the first tier of > vaccine recipients into 1a, 1b, and 1c. > > 1a - has (at least) healthcare workers and assisted living people (who > mostly 75+ anyway). > > 1b - expanded that to essential workers and those 75+ (who I presume are > not in assisted living) > > 1c - expands that to those between 65 and 74. > > I edited the above to what I remembered for sure.
