I just discovered one of the team leaders tells all new hires where the safety glasses are and to get some. He specifically remembers telling this guy to get some. But we are making it part of the “onboarding” process. Adding it to the paper they sign saying they got PPE.
It was satisfying getting him to knuckle under and apologize with just my winning personality...
