I guess my brain was worn down from all the day-before-a-holiday support calls, but I probably spent a full 15 seconds trying to remember who this guy Spark Outrage was, and why he needed a pardon.  I thought maybe he was an associate of Lev and Igor.

 

That would be a good name for an electrician in a graphic novel.
