Right now for example, my uncle, who is deaf and doesnt use the internet, period, has my dad being his medical partner cause dad can hear and has me "whos good with computers". They set upp accounts, like his VA account and his healthare system accounts. But dont remember usernames and passwords. Trying to reset based on identifying info goes to the email used to set it up, but nobody knows what that is.
