That doesn't make any sense... is that using 100Mbps or gigabit ethernet?
If it's 100M, those pairs shouldn't make a difference one way or the other,
but I would think Gigabit would be less likely to work with them swapped
(in my experience gigabit will work either way though).
I just plugged a 450b (3ghz) into a ubiquiti power supply here with a
straight through cable, and it seems to work just fine.
