I just had to do an email dump for discovery. A contractor stiffed me, they are based in Florida. I have to sue them in Florida. The boilerplate discovery request wants everything on everything from the beginning of time.
OK fine, you get 400 emails talking about how many feet we were drilling and pulling etc. They are all with these long numeric file names. Have fun reading that crap MASTEC. I know of several subs stiffed by them. I keep trying to get my attorney to do a class action. QB would have had to indicate which Reason Code they used to add you to the MATCH list. If that was done in error, they should correct it. You will automatically be removed from the list in 5 years. However, there are two ways to be removed earlier, if QB contacts Mastercards and says the original add to the list was in error, or if the reason you are on the list was that you werenât PCI-DSS compliant but can prove you have since become compliant. Here is a pretty good article on it. Read to the bottom for the how to remove yourself from the list section: https://chargebacks911.com/match-list/ By the way, they list the specific reasons you can be put on the list in this article. I think QB would owe you an explanation of why they selected the reason code they did when adding you to the list. It looks to be very specific, they cannot cancel you just because they donât like you, or your business, etc. Regards, David Coudron From: Chuck McCown <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, May 27, 2021 10:58 AM To: David Coudron <[email protected]>; AnimalFarm Microwave Users Group <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [AFMUG] Quick Books No, never any chargebacks.
