Yep, that is how it is done. Special cabinet. I don’t recall the type of light. I built one once based on a spec, NIST or someone. It was a big ass light I do remember that. I think it was an arc light perhaps. You had to do things to make sure there was uniform illumination etc.

Then meter the WH output. Do it in a dark room and have a constant light source that's the same for each panel being tested. Mount each sample in the same position.
