We use both v1 and v2 and have lots of opinions, lol! We are veteran if you count 20 years in the ISP...
The v1 instance is still running our 1000+ customer FTTH business. The v2 instance we converted over when they finally got around to allowing that, and is our 400+ customer wireless business. What I like about v2 is the power behind the API and features. What I absolutely hate about v2 is they broke about everything I liked in v1 regarding the usability and UI interface. And the Sonar team doesn't seem able to bring "back" the functionality v1 had on UI and reporting yet. Sooo, we are holding off still on converting our fiber CRM from v1 to v2 until it gets to a point where we feel it's as close as possible to v1 in usability.
