We have been using Sonar v2 since January of this year, and not happy with
it one bit. There are a lot of parity breaks between v1 and v2, along with
random processes that break at different times while using v2 throughout the
day (likely tied to them doing updates to v2). The updates done to v2 are
applied without any warning or logs as well which doesn't help.

Simple functions of the system (billing, adding accounts, etc.) have been
compromised at numerous points since January which has led to reduced
productivity on our side.

Depends. How many Sonar v2 customers are on here? If there aren't any v2
customers it's not surprising that there aren't any happy ones...

We are looking for any Sonar v2 customers that are happy. If so, are you a
veteran ISP, or are you new to the table?
