That looks like it needs a cellular or WiFi connection.  My application will have neither of those.

I just made a security tower.  Blue blinking light at the top. 
Cam with local storage and ability to send me alerts of movement. 
 
Super good at night too.  I think it may have its own IR LED lamps. 
Or it is just really good at night vision. 
 
I have it talking to an android phone hotspot at the tower.
 
Solar powered.  So far so good.  Only have had it up for about a day.  Doing everything I want it to do. 
Sends motion snips of video to my cell phone.

I'm looking for an outdoor web cam.

It needs:   

  • Outdoor
  • IR capability
  • Does not need PTZ; just fixed
  • Probably out to ~~ 40 or 50 feet
  • Needs to be stealth, and I will also want to camo it
  • Wired
