thats what bloodhound says is a profit driver for them. many municipalities are requiring accurate info prior to permitting, and followup accurate/verified construction documents.
Im taking it to our city to show the engineer and road guy and recommending either way that future work be required to have the verification. I bet they put it to a council vote almost immediately, what with all the duct running through sewer manhole verticals.
