A "DFS hit".  Whenever the radio is told to turn off.  From my point of
view it seems to always be a false event, but I don't think the details are
very public on what the manufacturers have to listen for.

Most radios let you specify a secondary or even tertiary frequency so it
can just go down the list instead of shut off for minutes/hours.
