What drives that rate up? big crews? big wage? depth of bore? a lot of obstruction? drilling through stone? is the cost of operating high, licensing, permitting, prevailing wage, union crews? Ive seen numbers all over the place, I know theres a ton of variables that can impact it, just trying to understand it better.
