on long haul direct buy what do you expect unspliced? what is the normal mitigation for a midspan unplanned installation damage? I assume that contract terms defined, but what is the norm? Like if you are at a crossing and catch the figure 8 with a track or something? What about if theres a factory defect in the spool?
