I came across a sector a couple months ago that I never registered, just
tooling along like it was all legal and shit. I dont know how it is that I
missed it on the migration, all the rest at the site were registered. I
managed to miss all the CPEs during the migration as well. Kind of throws a
wrench in your plans to make a change on the sector when you realize it.

We preregister everything to a registered onboarding AP at the shop.
Everything is accurate when we do this. we register, onboard, update and
drop our defaults into them, that way theres no reason for installer to
touch it in the field aside from a color code change.

Until the enforce CPE-AP relationships in CBRS its clean. installer takes
it out, it gets a new grant for its connection to the field AP, bing bang
boop. Then within 48 hours somebody updates the CPI data to make it all
legal legal. The period betwteen coordinate/azimuth update is a grey area
but a risk thats negligible currently
