There is a class of CPE ( Category A) that can be used under the category of 
EUD that does not need to be in the SAS, but it’s very specific and requires 
the FCC Type Certification of Category A (EUD).     AFAIK none of the CPE are 
certified as both Category A and B.    It may be possible for a manufacturer to 
do so, but I don’t believe any manufacturer has.  I don’t believe Baicells has 
any type A EUD devices certified.  That’s really a question for BaiCells.

The real expert on this subject is WISPA’s Richard Bernhardt 
(rbernha...@wispa.org).   If you are a WISPA member feel free to reach out to 
him with questions.   Richard heads a number of the committees within WinnForum 
that write the standards.
