The optics are LC - bidi or not - so we're stuck with LC. LC jumpers are easy to find. Using SC seems like trading one hassle for another, but I'm sure climbers appreciate the extra office effort!

We've been using SC BiDi SFPS for years to run fiber to radios. With 4.8MM rugged fiber cables it makes it really simple. I've honestly wondered why anyone using BiDi would want to use LC for BiDi. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

Moving to some of the newer Siklu gear with SFP+ ports and was surprised to find 10Gig BiDi SFPs with SC connectors aren't available from FS. Anyone know of a source or someone who can make them?
