I guess it depends on which 2004. The product page says it does work with one 
of them. We are using that one successfully on -48.

That 48vdc power supply doesn't work on at least the 2004...I don't know about 
the other CCR. It does on the 1009 (which was my first suggestion, but keep in 
mind that's an older TILE router)

The PW48V-12V85W power board can take -48vdc. Many of the CCR series can accept 
that PSU.
