Which psu are you using? If the standard Cambium one, then 30V 0.5A won't
get you super far, pun intended. I believe that the datasheet said that
these radii worked down to 16V, so likely you are running out of amperage
before voltage. IIRC 30V was the hard max on these radios.

We recently put a Force 300 radio at the end of 500ft of cat5e. Could not
order in 22AWG quickly so used standard 24AWG. I thought that 100mbit would
likely work over 500ft of cat5e but gigabit was unlikely,  so we put a
MikroTik GPER halfway to break the Ethernet signal into small-enough
lengths. Did the voltage drop calculations and even with the added 5W of
the GPER, we'd have enough voltage and wattage at the end, but we required
a good bit amperage, around 1.1A, so say requiring 1.5A to be sure.

I put a Meanwell 30V higher-amperage PSU on a MT small while pigtail
injector to make sure that we could put 1.5A on the line.
