I was having side issues with the cholesterol so I actually stopped for a couple of weeks and got a test taken, I was at 700 with one dose. I confessed that I had dropped cholesterol meds and he said to start it back up and retest. I dropped to 460. Cholesterol is the building block of testosterone. That was not expected. So then I went on two doses to get back to 750. 750 after a couple of months had side effects and I dropped back to one dose. I have since had more side effects from the cholesterol even with 1/2 the dose. Look up tendon issues with cholesterol meds.

Anyone of our age. Get the frigging shingles shot! I'm stupid, I _was_ medicine adverse... I put off getting the shot. I thought that I hadn't had measles as a kid and my parents are both gone, so no records. I got in a _very_ stressful situation. Came down with shingles. OMG it so sucks. So I went afterwards and got the shots, even though it's less effective after you have presented. Also now taking testosterone and my thyroid went high. So 1/2 of those pills too. I feel so much better. Like I actually got younger. I may be burning the candle faster but better than before when I was feeling like the candle was going out.

That shingles shot hurt and made me ache for a couple of days. The reason for the shingles shot was the following:

Admit it, you knew reading the book would be up there with two plates of liver. I had a college roommate who would eat liver to punish himself if, for example, he failed an exam. It didn’t seem to work. What were you punishing yourself for?

I had a new girlfriend in high school and was invited to dinner at her house. Her mom slapped a big ol slab of liver on my plate. I hate liver. I choked it down as fast as I could. She took that as a sign I enjoyed it and slapped another one on my plate. Choked it down too. Arrh. One of more unpleasant things I have ever done.

I just finished Kamala’s book. Wow, it ranks right up there with two plates of liver. I was led to believe she was dumping on Joe and Jill and Tim and a bunch of others.

There was practically none of that. Pretty much nothing but how much she had done for the world, how much every one loved her. Ever other page was dumping on Trump. That was expected.

In the end, she admitted that the press Trump ran showing her supporting transition for inmates was that did her in. I don’t think that was the ONLY thing…. Supposedly she dumped on Tim but I guess I missed it. I did skim a bunch of it.

Gag. If someone wants the book I will mail it to you. Otherwise my kids or grandkids will have to toss it after I croak. I am a bit of a book hoarder.
