But liver, man, my mother knows how soo cook it, like a 3 step process, pan fyr, steam pan fry or bake or something. slathered in onions. Thats on the list of things I know i will deeply miss when my mom goes to the beyond. There is no in between on liver. Ive never met anybody that says, "its alright, but not my favorite" Sadly, Im the only one in my house that likes it. the two littles I dont think have had it aside from chicken livers, but those are 80 percent breading Braunsweiger, now that is a treat, sliced, on club craker, a paper thin slice of swiss cheese.
