Well one comment, when you get close to needing to contribute to USF,
you'll want to do a traffic study and you'll likely find that your actual
calling traffic is much much less interstate traffic than the safe harbor
percentage. Ours is like around 12% interstate. BIG different in when you
need to start to contribute.
