Hire more women.
Minor things like throwing up doesn't stop them from working. (examples: anorexic models, pregnant women with morning sickness) Men think they are tough and women are weak. Yet try and find them when there's baby puke to clean up, or an oven to clean, or a tired toddler and a big wheel to carry.
