Gheeze I had owls in my attic last winter. What a mess, what a bunch of racket. Once they left we fixed where they got in and hired a company to clean up the mess.

I called maintenance who checked it out while I was at work, they left a note saying 'Baby birds in nest' Then that was scribbled out and 'nest removed' was written down. I'm guessing the maintenance guy reported back that he didn't want to move the nest, and management told him to clean it out before it caused problems.
