I've seen a nest in a slack coil hanging from a tower shelter, and I don't see 
why it couldn't happen in a slack coil on a pole.  A back loop or a splice 
closure is probably too exposed for a bird's liking, so the coil on the pole is 
the only scenario I think is likely......but I'm not a bird so I don't know. 

 

If it does happen, I've never heard about it, so people are dealing with it 
quietly and maybe we're all happier that way.

I assume most here have transitioned from fixed wireless to fiber by now.  So 
you probably don’t have to deal with problems like dishes you can’t move due to 
baby birds.
