We are not seeing a delay on any of Outlook, or Gmail or AOL accounts that I 
have subscribed to the list.

Doesn't mean something isn't happening.

Understand, that we FULLY expected that not 100% of everything would be perfect 
when we flipped the switch.  Experience would tell me that patience and 
persistence to work through any unforeseen issues is what it takes to do a 
migration like this.  Waving a magic wand was not an option :)
