So, a customer's son calls me tonight and asks "did you change anything
on Monday?"
"No"
He then tells me that he has not been able to play any PS4 games online
since Monday; all other internet services are working, Netflix,Hulu,
email, web browsing etc.
We have had some issues in the past with game consoles not liking out
NAT (double, or "strict" they call it)
In these cases we typically rent a public static IP placed on their
CPE with their home router in the DMZ.
This has always solved the issue before....did not work tonight apparently.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be going on here?
