We had a customer call in today to report slow Internet service. Utilization on link was 95-100% of capacity sustained for hours. Analysis of traffic shows multiple connections to Akamai, addresses (23.77.232.x). Customer tells me they have identified the source as Microsoft Office.
Anyone else running into this? Steve B.
